Scope and contact
This notice covers the static reference pages and local tools at squadcozylantrn.info. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. It does not govern external websites or your email, clipboard or device providers.
Ordinary browsing
Opening a page requires your browser to request files from the hosting service. Those requests necessarily expose technical information such as an IP address and requested resource to the server. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational or security logs. The page code does not contain an analytics library, advertising tracker, account system or cross-site tracking integration.
This notice does not specify a hosting log retention period because that configuration is not established by these static files. You may ask the contact address for clarification rather than assuming that browser-local processing means no server receives ordinary web requests.
The message composer
Information entered in the composer is processed in the current browser page. The provided JavaScript does not submit the fields to a server or save the draft in localStorage. Preparing a draft populates an editable text area. Your browser may independently restore form fields or keep page state according to its settings.
Copying asks the browser to write your draft to the clipboard. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Clipboard history, shared-device access, backups and downloaded-file retention are controlled by your device and software. Clear sensitive drafts and delete unwanted files yourself.
Email you choose to send
Using a mail link opens your configured email application; it does not silently send a message. If you independently send email, your address, message and any details you include become available to the receiving mailbox and the email providers involved. They may be used to consider and respond to your request, handle corrections or maintain necessary correspondence.
Do not send medical records, identity documents, confidential workplace material or unnecessary personal information. A fixed mailbox retention schedule is not represented here. You can request information about a particular message or ask for deletion, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate retention needs.
Browser storage and external links
The supplied reference script does not set cookies or localStorage entries. Any hosting-platform consent controls are separate from the local message tool. See Cookies for the distinction between page features and platform controls.
External source links take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices. No external fonts, scripts or remotely hosted equipment images are requested by these pages.
Your choices
You can browse without using the composer, omit optional contact fields and choose not to send a draft. Where applicable law provides access, correction, deletion, objection or other privacy rights, contact us with a clear request and only the information needed to locate the relevant correspondence. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
This notice should be reviewed if the site’s actual processing changes. A new service, tracking feature or data-collection method requires an appropriate update; this text is not permission to add undisclosed processing.
